UEL Research Conference presentations now available

Presentation slides from the UEL Research Conference are now available to download from the conference web page here.

A huge thank you to those who completed our feedback survey. We had a really good response rate with over 70% of respondents rating the venue, catering and support staff as either excellent or very good. We also received some really useful comments with advice on how we can make the event even better for next year.

Find out what happened at the UEL Research Conference 2014

Bq-cntEIcAE-uWwUEL celebrated another successful Research Conference at SportsDock yesterday. Delegates were able to hear about some of the fascinating research taking place across the university as well as an introduction to the new UEL Research Strategy by Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Professor Nora Colton.

From preventing accidents in transport to developing plant medicine

Donald Ridley (School of Psychology) will be exploring the notion of ‘error’ in transport system failures as part of the ‘Lifestyles’ session at the UEL Research Conference next week. The session also features Professor Olivia Corcoran, head of the Medicines Research Group, who will talk about UEL’s involvement in the new London BioNat Network. Read more.
